The Libran Safeguarding Model and Front Door Theory are proprietary frameworks developed by Libran Global Safeguarding.

The Front Door Theory white paper is provided free of charge and may be used internally within your organisation. It may not be redistributed commercially or published without permission.

Use of our frameworks in consulting, training, or commercial products requires a licence agreement.

We provide information and consultancy services in good faith based on our professional expertise and experience.

We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, regulatory approval, or business results arising from our services or frameworks.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
